No. We meet you where you are. Every session includes options to modify, rest, and build gradually—without shame or pressure.

Your first session is grounded and practical. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what safety looks like for you, and what kind of support would actually help right now. You can share as much or as little as you want.

It’s normal to feel nervous. We teach foundations with a consent-based, beginner-friendly approach. No “gym culture” performance required.

Whatever helps you breathe. Gym clothes, comfy clothes, or everyday chill clothing—all welcome.

Water, comfortable shoes, and a layer. If you’re joining a group, bring whatever helps you feel grounded (a journal, a small item, etc.).

Many clients choose: 45 minutes of movement → short downshift (breath/hydration) → therapy (1:1 or group). You can also do therapy-only or movement-only.

No. Therapy is available on its own. Movement is available on its own. We offer integration because many people benefit from both.

No. Some people talk, some are quiet. Silence is welcome.

We provide therapy services through licensed clinicians and strength training through qualified coaches. We’re not a substitute for emergency or medical services. If you have medical concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider.

It means we prioritize choice, consent, pacing, and dignity. We do not shame bodies, push past boundaries, or treat emotions like a problem to fix quickly.

Only with consent. We rely on verbal cues and demonstrations. If hands-on support is ever helpful, we ask first—every time.

No. You can pass at any time. Being present counts.

We ask everyone to respect confidentiality: what’s shared in the circle stays in the circle, with standard safety exceptions. We review agreements at the start.

Anyone who’s tired of shrinking, overthinking, people-pleasing, or doubting themselves—especially in seasons of transition, stress, or identity-based pressure.

No. Walking is welcome and fully included. You can walk, jog, or run.

Silence is welcome. You can share or pass.

Any loss: death, breakup, job loss, diagnosis, family changes, relocation, identity rupture—anything that changes life suddenly.

That’s allowed. We hold it gently and keep you supported and grounded.

We hold your session time just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Changes made 24+ hours before your session: no fee
Changes made less than 24 hours before your session or no-shows: full session fee
One-time grace: We understand life happens. We offer one courtesy waiver per client (per 12 months) for a late cancel/no-show.
